    Regarding your request, here at Brizy when you write a message to the Support, firstly it will appear to us and after that, if we approve/answer , the content is displayed on on the Help Center. Before creating a ticket, can you please tell us what exactly is your problem? Provide information and describe it better? Maybe a screenshot or video? If there is going to be needed private information, we will tell you and ask for it, and I promise no one will get their hands on it. We are very secure and serious about this stuff.     Hi Dona,

    ok, i have several fronts open (issues) with Brizy. Of all the sites I´ve created so far using my WP and Cloud accounts/licenses, which have tried to publish LIVE, all of them, are failing in some way or another.

    I CAN CONFIRM NOW, BEFORE YOU ASK ME, THAT FOR WP I AM USING THE MOST UP TO DATE FREE AND PRO PLUGINS. And for Cloud, well.. I am basically using my Cloud account.

    I cannot share screens or videos here, for the obvious reasons of privacy and confidentiality. So i´ll explain briefly what is going on in each front, and I´d appreciate to follow up this with a private ticket so I can share more details such as domain names-brands, and even logins to the sites if required. What i know for sure, is that this situation i am experiencing with Brizy started way over a week ago, and since, things have not been working as they should. My account was temporarily suspended apparently due to phising activities and i was hacked. This was restored by Brizy, but as i say, nothing is working properly since

    ISSUE 1

    This is more a request. I raised a ticket privately 8 days ago. This ticket is still there, private. Last answers I received were provided by Natalia/Brizy, last Friday, 4 days ago. So I need someone at Brizy to go to that private ticket that is waiting for answers right away.

    ISSUE 2

    On a website I am developing using the WP plugins, free and pro, all using the most up to date version, I created some time ago, a landing page, which is the only page created on that WP website. That is, the homepage. I then, proceeded to change it completely, which i did. But, the new site is not being published-shown live. Even though, when i check my admin area, the new design is definitely there. I have cleared all my cache, both on pc and browser, as well as on the WP site, I have done hard refresh, and have even got my hosting company involved. 

    This is definitely, a Brizy issue. The new updated design isn´t showing, and just showing the old design. And what makes things even more weird. I have created other pages on that same WP site, to test other designs. And none, appear Live, The only design that shows up is the old one, in any page I try.

    I need Brizy to check this and fix whatever bug is making this happen. I am ok to share privately logins, domains, etc in order to assist Brizy in resolving this urgently.

    ISSUE 3

    Now, on the Cloud account. I have created a page and connected DNS. This is showing green and verified. This page uses a "Coming Soon" page. However, when I visit the domain name, this is not showing. Nothing appears in fact. And what makes things strange, is t hat i have another domain which i did set up with a Coming soon page some time ago, which follows exactly the same process-set up, and that one works fine. But this new domain, with a Coming Soon page, DNS in place, etc... its dead, nothing happens. And i have verified and double checked everything several times.

    I need Brizy to check and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Domain names etc will be provided privately.

    ISSUE 4

    On my Cloud account. I created a subdomain, all worked fine for a few days, DNS in place, etc. Then, right after my account was temporarily suspended and re-open again by Brizy (due to the phising hack i had last week), this subdomain stopped working. I followed procedure, cleared all cache history on pc and browser, did hard refresh, and tried even incognito and other devices. This subdomain stopped displaying properly and its been the case for several days now. 

    So there is clearly something wrong with that one too, which needs Brizy to look into and this time, really resolve for real, because last time I got confirmation "the issue is now resolved", it clearly isn´t. Again, more information about this subdomain etc will be shared privately with Brizy.
