    Hi Donna, Thanks for reaching out. 1. I work on WordPress 2. Yes, I have the Brizy latest updates 3. This occurred 2 month ago, but I haven’t had any time to check the issue. I have started last weekend again with my website and I noticed that the issue still exists. 4. The error on the website (when I test it): “Your message has not been send”. The visitor who sends me the message from the contact form gets this message. I also did not receive any message in my spam folder. So I think there is an issue with the email setup - because the visitor receives a failed status “Your Message has not been send” and I do not receive any emails. I’ve tried to also setup my outlook.com email > also no success. Same error message when I test it as a visitor and still no email in my inbox. I only receive the message in the back-end of Wordpress. Looking forward to your reply. Best Regards, Stacey Pawirodikromo
