Cannot access my website - please help

I have Brizy pro for a year now. But I cannot access my site. It reads:
Fatal error: Declaration of BrizyPro_Content_Placeholders_PostLoop::getValue(Brizy_Content_Context $context, Brizy_Content_ContentPlaceholder $contentPlaceholder) must be compatible with BrizyPlaceholders\PlaceholderInterface::getValue(BrizyPlaceholders\ContextInterface $context, BrizyPlaceholders\ContentPlaceholder $placeholder) in /var/www/ambitiousteams.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/content/placeholders/post-loop.php on line 25
Please tell me what to do.
I accessed FTP. Should I delete the folder in WP-Content: "Brizy"?
Please give idiotproof instructions. :)

1. Log into your Cpanel or FTP account and delete the Brizy FREE version. Shall I delete the folder: "Brizy"? Seems kind of radical!
2. You will have access to the WordPress dashboard; I assume from the browser with my login and password...?
3. Download the PRO version from your Brizy account (what? Install the plugin? where is my brizy account?) and upload it into your WordPress dashboard. (I need a better detailed description) Do not active, because you need to:
4. Download the FREE version from the WordPress repository. (what and where is my repository?) Activate the FREE version and then the PRO version.
You should have: Brizy FREE 2.3.0 and Brizy PRO 2.3.0
