Doprdown Menu in Header

Hi, I am trying to create a dropdown menu from my header bar. I found a video tutorial where it is showing to access the option from the settings section in the sidebar, which I don't have. Also I tried through the header settings but couldn't find a solution. The dropdown menu needs to appear in "transizione 4.0".

Let me know if there's a solution to this.

  Have you edited your menu in Appearance > Menus as well?
