Sites are down, file issue
Hi, I'm having trouble with my wordpress plugin. I have about 20 sites all using brizy, and all hosted on the same account. A couple of my sites are down, and when I talk to the hosting people at A2 hosting, they said this-
"I have reviewed the issue and could see that your websites make use of a plugin called "brizy" which is using most of the inodes on the cPanel. I would suggest you review the plugin and remove the files from the server or you can try deleting the plugin to fix the issue with the inodes. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact files that can be removed since the plugin is the one that is using most of the inodes and it seems like a plugin-related file in the path "plugins/brizy/public/editor-build" for each website. I would suggest you contact the plugin vendor and check this further with them."
Could you please help me?

The two sites that are down are https://www.landsurveyinggreenville.com/ (http://s.bl-1.com/h/dk9PtQ6D?url=https://www.landsurveyinggreenville.com/) and https://www.melbourneflsprinklerrepair.com/ (http://s.bl-1.com/h/dk9PtVWG?url=https://www.melbourneflsprinklerrepair.com/) However, as I understand, the files from brizy on all of my 20 sites are what's causing the vast amount of files, which I guess is what they're saying is the issue. I don't know anything about deleting files/ inodes/ cache

Hi Lydia,
Thank you for your message. I checked both sites and they are working well, see here. The problem is that you have almost 20 sites in the same cPanel account and if we assume that each site use at least 20k inodes then it is very likely that you have reached the limit of your hosting package. Here you can find more out. Also, deleting Brizy is not a solution because the files are necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
Best regards, Nelea.
