Brizy Cloud Hosting Renewal
Hi, I've got a lifetime deal with 2 years of cloud hosting. When is this coming to an end? and how much is it to renew for a year?
thanks

Hello Raja,
Thank you for the message!
Regarding, the question you have, purchasing a Lifetime deal means you get two years of cloud hosting. After the two year period, you are left with the Brizy Cloud, just you won't be able to make any new updates and you'll be left with the last version that you had. At the same time, the deal is coming to an end after two years on the day that you purchased. Hope this was helpful! If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to ask!
Have a nice day and kind regards,

"After the two year period, you are left with the Brizy Cloud, just you won't be able to make any new updates and you'll be left with the last version that you had. "
Hmmmm. I was of the understanding that after the 2 years only the hosting would run out and everything else would still work fine.

"- Our LTD members will continue to have access to the Cloud's PRO functionalities (PRO elements, contact form, integrations, premium design etc) included (in the Cloud Studio plan) if you choose not to pay a yearly subscription after the 2 free years. Only publishing projects on our servers will be removed.
- The Brizy WP sync feature that will let you sync your blocks into your Brizy account is a WordPress plugin feature and that will be included in your LTD purchase. You'll have that even if you choose not to pay the cloud fee after the 2 free years.
"It clearly says, "Only publishing projects on our servers will be removed."
Are you saying otherwise?
We are going to need this explained in detail now.
Please clarify exactly what this means in simple words.0 -
Hello Jonathan,
Thank you for your answer!
Regarding the question you have, I am deeply sorry for the misunderstanding! I was referring to WordPress. It's my mistake. For Cloud you will have all the PRO settings, it's just that you won't be able to publish. What I have said before, is wrong. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding. If you have any other problems or questions, please feel free to ask!
Have a nice day and best regards,
Doina
