brizy plugin cause fatal error

Dear Support

brizy free and pro plugin cause fatal error - on new WP installation

(Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting '{' in /home1/d7b4m7g0/retirement-plan.co.za/wp-content/plugins/brizy/vendor/symfony/deprecation-contracts/function.php on line 23)

What I have done: - 

1. Downloaded Brizy Free version 2.3.5. from (https://wordpress.org/plugins/brizy/).
2. Downloaded Brizy Pro version 2.3.3. from Brizy account.
3. Uploaded Brizy Free and activated - received error message above.
4. Due to this fatal error, I have decided not to update Brizy on my other websites.
