    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please, make sure that you added correct CNAME: View screenshot. You ca refer to this article to find how to configure everything correctly: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

    Kind regards,
    Denis.

Hi Denis, it was working correctly until the SSL certificate expired a few days ago and I have not changed the DNS setup recently. There may be some confusion though as I had to rebuild the site to access the new blogging feature. I had renamed the old site to "PlanSocial Global -Dep" for deprecated. The new site is "PlanSocial Parent Hubs"

I was trying to avoid deleting the old site altogether because I still had some old pages I need to duplicate on the new site. I have now deleted the old one to make it less confusing.

I have checked in the cloudflare DNS and I do have the correct CNAME and A record for the new site, but it's still not working.

Please help with this *urgently*. The website is still down. For some reason the custom domain is showing as http rather than https. I have tried deleting and reconnecting the custom domain plansocial.app but it still shows as http and the SSL certificate is showing as expired. Please help me fix this asap.

    Thanks

    Tes

PS I already checked that there is only one CNAME record for www and only one A record

    Hi Tes,

    Sorry for late reply.

Please, disable proxy for A record and let us know if this will work.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
    Denis.

Hi Denis, please can you respond?  I really do need this resolved urgently. It is a working website, not a new one, and it cannot be down like this for several days due to SSL renewal issues. Hope to hear from you very soon.

Yes it is working - thanks! What was done to resolve it? So now the new SSL expires in October. How do we make sure this does not happen next time?

Please can you respond about how this was resolved? I cannot face another repeat of this in October when the the next SSL expiry date comes around... I cannot confidently drive traffic to my site and start marketing campaigns if I think the site will suddenly go offline for several days like last time. Please can you explain the correct SSL renewal process so we can avoid this happening again? Thanks

    Tes

    Hi,

SSL is generated automatically. However, sometimes there are failures. This happens pretty rare. There is no need to worry about next re-generating SSL certificate.

If you will have any other questions, please, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,
    Denis.
