Error when entering a Woo Commerce product the first time

    Hi David,

    I'm not sure I understand. Does it happen when you add a WooCommerce product? Is Brizy involved in this process?

    Hi Alex,

    I don't know if Brizy is involved in this problem. If I visit a product link on the store page, I get the error. There is no problem with adding new products. The store page is made with Brizy Pro 2.3.3 and Brizy 2.3.5 and contains a Brizy WooCommerce block. WooCommerce version is 5.5.2

    Hi David,

    what is the error message? Can you please send a link to your store page so we can take a look? Have you checked this on a standard store page by disabling Brizy plugins? Does it work without Brizy?

    No error is generated that I have seen. The store url is: https://worldimportdata.com/tienda/ I have disabled W3 Total Cache, Brizy and Brizy Pro and it works fine.

    I have noticed that the cart does not work well either, despite disabling the plugins that I mentioned in my previous post. A link appears to view the cart, but it is only updated when entering a product. If I click on the cart icon with the total and the number of products, it doesn't work. If I see the cart, I can go to the checkout process.

    At the top right of the store page there is a shortcut to the cart that is updated when entering a product description. The cart pop-up only appears in the product description. The purchase process works smoothly.

    I would appreciate any answer you could give me.

    I checked this on your site and indeed sometimes when you try to access the product page an error appears: https://jmp.sh/1aCMTo0 But there are not too many details about this error so it can have various reasons. It's not clear if it's from Brizy or not. This must be inspected so that I have created a private ticket for you so please send your login details there and we will look into it. Thanks.
