URGENT: Something went wrong with the project
This is urgent. This is not the first time I'm seeing this issue after the server went down. The last time, Natalia fixed it for my other website with access to my wp-admin and FTP. However, this time round I cannot give out the FTP access to the website as it is managed by other vendors. May I know what is the cause and fix for this issue so that I can work on it myself? Perhaps we could be more transparent on this? Is this due to a glitch where certain unique linking is broken during (migrations as experience by some other users) or when the server is reset?
Update: At first, our project was running on the last version of Brizy. I have updated to the latest after submitting this support. Now I am seeing the error "Project data should exist".
I hope I won't need to rebuild the entire page.
Please assist asap.
