email confirmation and sendinblue integration
Hi,
Is there a way to design the confirmation message after sending an email (see added screenshot)? Also, can I use both the email form as well as the SendinBlue integration so the email is added to my list in SendinBlue? It does not seem to work.

Just to explain a bit more about my intention and question:
Before I just used an embedded instance of the sendinblue form. But that really does not look well on my site designwise, so I was happy to learn you offer an API integration with sendinblue. I use this on my website www.farmstead.nl. My intention is to offer visitors of my site the option to subscribe to my newsletter. In addition, as a safety net, I have a copy of the subscription form send to my inbox, so I know & can check new subscribers. The copy of the subscription is indeed send to me by Brizy Cloud, and therefore handled correctly: the safetynet works. However, the double opt-in process of sendinblue is not started: no confirmation is recieved by the subscriber, no email adress added to my contacts in sendinblue.etc.
Thanx for your help, I do hope this is settled soon. Because I need to start my campaign/website launch. I'm also in contact with sendinblue to help me out. My question to you is whether both processes can co-exist in one implementation, like in the way I set it up?

Hi,
you can change the successful email message in the form settings: https://jmp.sh/hKJs1JW If you want to customize it in terms of styles, then you can do it with Custom CSS.
Regarding Sendinblue: we have an integration with Sendinblue and you can collect the user emails using the Brizy Cloud form. Here you can find more out: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043865331 But this is a basic one, which allows you to simply collect emails in a Sendinblue list. The double opt-in feature is not integrated with Brizy yet.

Hi Alex, thank you for your response! I also had contact with sendinblue: they explained that the form I created in send in blue, which has double-opt-in, is bypassed by the Brizy integration. So we can leave that form out of the solution, it's not related. However, I did follow the instruction of https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043865331 and the is completed and successful. However, when testing the form, no emailaddress or names are collecgted in the connected seninblue list.

Hi,
we will check this with our Sendinblue account but on your project then we will come back with an update.
