Pop Up Problem

Dear Brizy Team,
since one week every day a new update - that can't be true?

Please understand me correctly, I love Brizy. But this just can't happen like this. I really feel sorry for you from the support.

Since the last but one update I have the problem that pop ups on the desktop are not displayed correctly. Only text is displayed.

The display in the mobile version, on the other hand, is correct.

Please correct the problem - unfortunately with again a new update.

Just for the sake of completeness: I have installed the latest version of Brizy (Free 2.3.5 to Pro 2.3.3). Browser cache is always cleared. In addition, I always test on multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) also in incognito mode.

  Hi Nelea,

  the page shows everything correctly at the moment, because I restored a backup with an older version of the Brizy plugins.

  I also have this problem on a second website I maintain.

  Hi Nelea,

  I was able to solve the problem. The following procedure:

  First I installed on a test environment with me only Wordpress, the two latest Brizy plugins, All-In-One WP Migration as well as WP-Optimize. Then created a test page as well as a pop-up. Result: everything worked flawlessly.

  After that I imported a backup of the faulty website to my test environment. Result: The error appeared here as well.

  Now I deactivated each of the other plugins individually, re-created the cache of the website and found that after deactivating the Smooth Back To Top Button plugin, the error was gone.

  Then I re-enabled the plugin, re-created the cache - and suddenly everything works again.

  I can not really understand this, but first I am once glad that now everything is okay again.
