I purchase a pro version why I can not use

I had paid for the pro version 

since then I never have the right access to the functions of the pro version

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  Please, let us know what Brizy FREE and Brizy PRO versions are installed on your website? You should have Brizy FREE 2.3.4 and Brizy PRO 2.3.2.
  Also, please, let us know if you have added your Brizy PRO license key in Brizy > Settings > License.
