Project Data Should Exist Error (Refund Please)

I keep getting the following error "Project Data Should Exist  " when I try to create a new page with Brizy. It seems like this is a common issue in your forum and no fix in sight. I would like a complete refund please. For your product to be this buggy at first start is nota good sign. What is the process to refund me my money?
