Content lost in Brizy

I'm creating a blog on Brizy, and on July 11, I lost all my progress even though I manually save it every time. It was weird because Brizy froze and then lost all my two-week progress instead of just the changes I did on Sunday.

It's the third time that this has happened to me. Is there any way to recover my work? If so, it would be greatly appreciated.
