    Regarding the problem you have, I am sorry that the video did not help much but then try to clear your browser cache and make sure you have the latest versions of Brizy:

    Brizy FREE 2.3.4

    Brizy PRO 2.3.2

    After that update, try again. If it's still not working, let me know!

    The cookies and cache have been cleared and a different browser used, yet sadly this issue remains.

    The site is hosted on Brizy Cloud, so I take it there is nothing to update.
