    Hi,

I'm not sure I understand which filters you mean. Is there something that comes from the theme or do you mean the tags in the Products element? Can you please send the link to that page or a screenshot?

Hi Alex, I mean the tags in the Product element.

    Hi,

This is a widget that is not related to Brizy. Did you create a template for WooCommerce tags pages? Can you send us a link to this page?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Alfonso Silva,

    Thank you for contacting us.

In the case of Reto Schäublin, he had the products element in the template; he needed to add the archive element, not products. Then, the filter will work. For more information please see this video.

    Best regard, Nelea.
