    Hi,

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    If you are able to access dashboard, please, do next: First of all update Brizy FREE to latest version - 2.3.3. Latest PRO version will be available for download in your account within a few hours. Right now you can update Brizy PRO in your WP dashboard in Plugins area: View screenshot. In case, if you do not see update notification, please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again" and then you should be able to update Brizy PRO: View screenshot.

    Latest versions at this moment:

    • Brizy FREE - 2.3.3
    • Brizy PRO - 2.3.1

    Please, let me know if everything works correctly after updating both FREE and PRO plugins.

    Hi, your solution doesnt work.

    When I update Brizy Pro on wordpress, the error message: Update failed: Empty License Key Submitted

    And I can't enter the license key because: Sorry, this license is already activated on another domain.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I created private ticket for this case, you should receive email nbotification regarding this. In this ticket, please, provide us link to your website, admin access to WordPress dashboard, FTP credentials and your license key, we'll check the problem.

    I just checked private ticket  that was created and we do not see any reply from you. Last message was posted my colleague Natalia on Wednesday where she asked you to provide credentials . Please, make sure that you replied to this ticket.

    Hi,

    Gmail recognizes your emails as suspicious and marks them as spam: View screenshot

    Please, login in your Brizy account on brizy.io. In "Support" tab you should be able to see all our conversations and there you can reply to tickets as well.

    I tried to login using credentials you provided. Please, upgrade user role to "Administrator" so we can have full access in your dashboard.
