Fatal error, fatal fix.
As per others your last update sequence has broken several of our production websites.
Having cleared out Brizy to restore the websites, and following the correct update procedure I now cannot regain Brizy pro functionality and I am presented with the following error:
"BRIZY PRO IS NOT RUNNING.
Please update Brizy PRO 2.3.0 or newer"
Installed version of Brizy Pro is 2.3.1 and Brizy Plugin is version 2.3.2
***** Please can I request that when you plan to release updates in future could you email your Pro and Lifetime subscribers a few days to a week in advance so we can be prepared for potential issues beforehand.
Could you also make sure your Pro customers have direct links to previous versions of both Brizy and Brizy pro plugins so we can easily source and recover without having to go off looking for older versions manually. *****
Hope you have a fix soon, many thanks.

Hi Christopher,
We are sorry for late reply and for this inconvenience.
You need update Brizy FREE and Brizy PRO to latest versions. Brizy FREE you can update as usual in your dashboard.
Latest PRO version will be available for download in your account within a few hours. Right now you can update Brizy PRO in your WP dashboard in Plugins area: View screenshot. In case, if you do not see update notification, please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again" and then you should be able to update Brizy PRO: View screenshot.
Latest versions at this moment:- Brizy FREE - 2.3.3
- Brizy PRO - 2.3.1
I want to apologize one more time for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and patience, we highly appreciate that! Let me know if updates will solve the problem.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,

Hi Denis, The combination of versions listed worked. Had to recover a few websites that had gone to white-screen manually. Please warn us by email before patches and updates are pushed out as other professional plugin suppliers do. I can’t stress this enough. It makes life so much easier for everyone. Can you not run a Beta updates service and have a number of pro subscribers test on suitable production sites before pushing out updates to full production environment? Glad its fixed. Chris

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your message.
I totally understand you, we are thinking how to announce our users regarding new updates. Before update we recommend to backup your website or, if you have a staging website, test updates there before updating plugins on production website.
I want to apologize one more time for this inconvenience. Hope, this will not happen again.
Best regards,

Hi Denis, As a small agency we have over a hundred websites. We do take backups, but we can’t automate backups before every update of every plugin. An announcements email subscription or Facebook group with prior warning of impending changes would be best for us as a client of Brizy. Thanks again , Chris
