WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Brizy Pro. My websites are broken.

Hi support,

I've got some websites broken as a result of Brizy Pro updates performed on my websites. See error details from one of the website involved. 

Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 25 of the file /home/plrdenco/domains/myinternetpal.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/content/placeholders/post-loop.php. Error message: Declaration of BrizyPro_Content_Placeholders_PostLoop::getValue(Brizy_Content_Context $context, Brizy_Content_ContentPlaceholder $contentPlaceholder) must be compatible with BrizyPlaceholders\PlaceholderInterface::getValue(BrizyPlaceholders\ContextInterface $context, BrizyPlaceholders\ContentPlaceholder $placeholder)

  Hello Noel.

  Thank you for your post. Apologies for all these inconveniences caused by the last Brizy update. 

  You need to update the PRO version right now.

  1. Log into your Cpanel or FTP account and delete the Brizy FREE version.

  2. You will have access to the WordPress dashboard; 

  3. Download the PRO version from your Brizy account and upload it into your WordPress dashboard. Do not active it, because you need to:

  4. Download the FREE version from the WordPress repository. Activate the FREE version and then the PRO version.

  You should have:

  Brizy FREE 2.3.3

  Brizy PRO 2.3.0

  Hello Natalia,

  Thanks for responding. Everything looks good now. I see this notice in my wordpress dashboard after implementing your steps to get my sites running: There is a new version of Brizy Pro available. View version 2.3.1 details or update now. Is it safe to update? Because I don't want my sites broken again just yet.

  Sure, feel free to update Brizy. At this moment latest versions are:

  • Brizy FREE - 2.3.3
  • Brizy PRO - 2.3.1
