All of which are showing as solved despite the issue still not being sorted.

Look at the console and all of the 404 error messages, despite when you click on the link the image does actually load.
Please stop marking this as solved and get to the bottom of the issue

Private tickets are automatically set to Closed after a long period of inactivity. From what I see, the last message is from my colleague Natalia(#11381), where she asked for FTP details to inspect the problem. After that, we did not receive any answer from you. I have created a new ticket to reopen the discussion.

it all took too long - the client has gone elsewhere.
Please issue a refund as I have lost the client/website and no longer need this.
If I have been notified that the renewal was to be processed I would have cancelled yesterday.
