Critical Error
I received a notification from Wordpress stating that BrizyPro has created a critical error on my website. Luckily I'm not finished building it, but it's clearly an issue. It's remedied when I deactivate BrizyPro, though obviously the features for Pro will be disabled as well, I'm assuming. Here's what Wordpress is telling me:

Thank you for your post. Apologies for all these inconveniences caused by the last Brizy update.
You need to update the PRO version right now.
1. Log into your Cpanel or FTP account and delete the Brizy FREE version.
2. You will have access to the WordPress dashboard;
3. Download the PRO version from your Brizy account and upload it into your WordPress dashboard. Do not active, because you need to:
4. Download the FREE version from the WordPress repository. Activate the FREE version and then the PRO version.
You should have:
Brizy FREE 2.3.0
Brizy PRO 2.3.0

Hello Natalia I am having the same problem and have tried what you said to fix it but my blog posts still give me a critical error from the brizy pro plugin, can you please help?

If you are able to access dashboard, please, do next: First of all update Brizy FREE to latest version - 2.3.3. Latest PRO version will be available for download in your account within a few hours. Right now you can update Brizy PRO in your WP dashboard in Plugins area: View screenshot. In case, if you do not see update notification, please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again" and then you should be able to update Brizy PRO: View screenshot.
Latest versions at this moment:- Brizy FREE - 2.3.3
- Brizy PRO - 2.3.1
Please, let me know if everything works correctly after updating both FREE and PRO plugins.

If you need my WordPress login info just let me know if I should put it in this email or in a private chat, I think it's best you check to see what's going wrong because I still am getting a critical error on my blog posts when I open them, thanks for your help

I am having same problem
I have
PHP 7.4
WP 5.8
Brizy 2.3.17
I can't activate my Pro license because there is a critical error on the plugin Pro 2.3.13
I deactivated all plugins, reinstalled brizy, activate it, downloaded the Pro version and site still doesn't work and I cant enter serial number for pro version under brizy settings.

I just bought the lifetime WP Brizy Pro, deactivated, deleted and re-installed Brizy Free and Pro. I lost all designs and if I want to edit the page with Brizy, it gives a critical error. I'm desperate. Also put all plug ins in an 'old plugin' folder and re-installed. Nothing works... Please help. This is what the error message is:

I placed a back up and now everything is working as it should. I don't trust to update the plugins anymore... So please advise.0 -
