WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Brizy Pro.
I have 3 websites with the critical error. Can you please help?

Hello Ann,
Thank you for your post. Apologies for all these inconveniences caused by the last Brizy update.
You need to update the PRO version right now.
1. Log into your Cpanel or FTP account and delete the Brizy FREE version.
2. You will have access to the WordPress dashboard;
3. Download the PRO version from your Brizy account and upload it into your WordPress dashboard. Do not active, because you need to:
4. Download the FREE version from the WordPress repository. Activate the FREE version and then the PRO version.
Both versions should be updated at the 2.3.0 version.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Regards, Natalia

Hi Natalia,
Thank you for your reply. Automatic updates was enabled for Brizy Free so the latest 2.3.0 is installed. So, do I just delete the Brizy Pro version and upload the latest Pro from my account?
Regards,
Ann

Hi Ann,
Yes, download the PRO package from your account - https://jmp.sh/a8m0F2Q and upload manually.
If you need assistance here, let me know.
Thanks!

Hi Natalia,
Brizy Pro 2.3 was uploaded successfully. However, the hamburger menu is NOT working when sites are viewed from mobile phones.
Checkout https://www.lovespirit-store.com/. Please view from your mobile phone or simulator.
Thanks,
Ann

Hi Natalia,
Will the hamburger menu issue be fixed by today? I have 3 more websites to fix with the same issue.
Thanks,
Ann

Hi Ann,
Thank you for your message.
We tried to reproduce it in your dashboard but all worked fine. If you temporarily deactivated all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, do you have the same problem?
Best regards,
Nelea.

Hi Nelea,
I'm not quite sure what you mean. I can provide you with the site's login panel for you to check. Have you actually viewed the site on a mobile phone? If you click on the hamburger menu, it does not work.
In WP dashboard, the hamburger works fine but does NOT work when viewed on a physical mobile phone.

Hi Nelea,
I have solved the problem. Brizy Free was 2.3 and I updated it to 2.3.1. The hamburger menu now works.

I have the same problem with one site:
The mobile menu doesn't work
The slider doesn't work...
acoperis-decra.ro
I've deactivated the slider-1 -
My hamburger menu is not working at!! And I'm on the latest version now of both Free & Pro.
Plus I keep getting the message in my dashboard saying - BRIZY PRO IS NOT RUNNING.
Please update Brizy PRO 2.3.0 or newer.0 -
Also - when I got into the Brizy editor - it has all the Pro features blocked now!

I've just noticed that I no longer have the License tab under the Brizy settings - so I am unable to add the license in case that's what the problem is

Hi Nelea,
Thanks for the update. I can see in my Brizy account that Brizy Pro latest version is also showing. So, just to be 100% clear and not to expect any of my websites to have errors do I do the following:
(1) Update Brizy Free to version 2.3.3
(2) Uninstall Brizy Pro version 2.3.0 then update Brizy Pro to version 2.3.1
Please confirm.
Regards,
Ann
