    UPDATE:

    I've contacted my web host and they've helped me with get my site back up immediately.

    They confirmed it was the Brizy-Pro plugin that caused the site to crash.

    Here are the error messages.

    PHP Fatal error: Declaration of BrizyPro_Content_Placeholders_PostLoop::getValue(Brizy_Content_Context $context, Brizy_Content_ContentPlaceholder $contentPlaceholder) must be compatible with BrizyPlaceholders\PlaceholderInterface::getValue(BrizyPlaceholders\ContextInterface $context, BrizyPlaceholders\ContentPlaceholder $placeholder) in /home/dh_a8kad6/blazersales.com/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/content/placeholders/post-loop.php on line 27

    Can you please inform me of how I can prevent this from happening in the future?  I'm generally quite pleased with Brizy, but I don't want my site to continue to crash each time there's an update.

    I look forward to your response.

    Brad

    Hello Brad,

    Thank you for your post. Apologizes for all these inconveniences caused by the last Brizy update.

    You need to update the PRO version right now.

    1. Log into your cpane or ftp account and delete the Brizy FREE version.

    2. You will have access to the WordPress dashboard;

    3. Download the PRO version from your Brizy account and upload it into your WordPress dashboard

    3. Download the FREE version from the WordPress repository.

    Both versions should be updated at 2.3.0 version.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.

    Regards, Natalia
