Brizy WP New Posts filter error
Hey.
We are having several websites with the Posts Filter feature to retrieve posts after categories. When editing these blocks right now Brizy cannot find the categories to filter after. Seems there is a new look to this part of block and more customization. However it does not work properly unfortunately.
Could you have a look at it?

Any update on this matter?

Hi Magnús,
I can't explain why we didn't receive any notification about your initial post. Only now when you commented we saw your post.
Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.4. and PRO 2.3.2? Also, could you please send us a screen recording so we can see all the actions and try to reproduce it?

Hey. Yeah. Now 2.3.5 and PRO 2.3.3.

It seems that 'Fréttir og viðburðir' category pops up but all the subcategories are not appearing. The 'AMÍS' I searched for did pop up but that was because it was previously selected (pre-saved) before the 2.3.x update.
Do I need to have all categories as main or are you able to improve it so I can select subcategories?

Hi,
so the problem is with the subcategories that don't appear in the filter in the Posts item. Just checked it and works well for me. Have you tried deleting and then adding the Posts element again? You could try a page refresh between these two actions.

Yse, basically tried everything to get the categories to work but seems not to get them through. They are subcategories.

Great. Seems that this occurs if the category is empty, it won't appear.

So no posts in a category, the category won't appear in the filter.

Hi,
I'm glad you found this detail. This is how it works in WordPress. If I'm not mistaken, empty categories don't appear in WordPress -> Menu either.
