Popups not being saved for later use.

Is anyone else experiencing frustration with popups? I've created three popups and then saved them. They all three appear when the POPUPS tab is selected but when I try to create a link to a popup only two of the three are available and when I try to create a new popup based on a previously saved popup only two appear, what is happening to the third popup and why isn't it available to base a new popup on or is not available to link to.

In reading through the community posts, I see that the popup functionality needs a bit more polishing.

As of today, how does one get a saved popup to appear in the link options and to base a new popup on?

  could you please send a screen recording so that we can see all the actions and try to reproduce this? Thanks.
