Cache problem for popup

Hi.

Does anyone know why my popup still shows up on mobile on https://cbsbilledkunst.dk, even though I have excluded it on all pages in the settings for conditions?

 

I have tried to change some of the text in the popup to see if it updates on the live site and I can see that nothing happens, which must be a sign of a cache problem.

(I do use incognito to check it, so the problem should not be on my end).

 

What to do?
