Can the Fatal Error Be Solved

I know that hundreds of people have gotten the same fatal error - but solving it by using FTP or making sure that the version is the latest is not working... 

I would have reached out to tech support for help directly, but could not find the link...

So here I am... 

- I uploaded both the free and pro via FTP...
- I removed and re-added the plugins multiple times...
- I believe I've read all the previous posts about this issue - nothing is working.
