How to access the new story templates?

https://www.brizy.io/weve-added-51-web-stories-templates-in-brizy-cloud/ I can't figure out how to add these stories to projects? I have s full LTD unlimited. How do I do this,

  If you need to add a template for your story, please go to your Cloud dashboard - add a new Story- add a new template, please see here.
