my brizy plugin says "something went wrong"

im having trobule with brizy for wordpress, when ia want to do a templete or edit a page wioth brizy it apperas the mseesage that something went wrong i have a pro liscence

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  First of all, please, clear browser cache and check if you are able to use Brizy. If this wouldn't help, please, try to edit your website in another browser.
