Menu cannot be clicked after selecting anchor link.

I have a sticky header that includes 2 menus, the main navigational menu, as well as a secondary menu (created manually with text links) that goes to different anchor links on the page.

Everything works correctly until I click on one of the anchor links, it navigates to that section of the page, and then all of the links in my header are no longer clickable.

If I scroll to the top of the page to re-initialize the sticky menu, the links all work again.
