Brizy Cloud Site not updating on synced Domain

ich made some changes on these two pages yesterday and it's not yet synced since 24 hours

As I didn't get any feedback so far I reinstalled the sync files (as described here https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360027008491-Server-Sync?_ga=2.26019579.730361940.1627470485-1857571178.1625048736).
Now it's not working at all anymore!!! It says:
{"error":{"zip":["Zip was not downloaded","Invalid zip"]}}after reload:
Synchronization in processing. It can take some time...
I did reinstall it yesterday and again today! Both times no syncing!!!!
All in all im waiting already 14 (!) days now to get some changes synced ?!?!?!
for testing I created a Brizy subdomain, which actually shows the right content:

The issue with server SYNC was already fixed and everything should work just fine. But in your case, I will open a private ticket and inspect this problem directly on your server.
