DNS Setting seems to be fine and connected but the page is still not found.

Could you check what is wrong?

  It seems like my IP or country is blocked... (Brazil)

  accessed with the phone and still the page is not working.

  Only the page opens when I use VPN.

  Anything that I can about it?

  I tried to use VPN with brazil and it works.

  so only blocked my IP............

  What can I do with this?
