    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your response. I have setup the Email Notification already. You can see from the leads section below that I have been able to test it internally since the past few weeks. But I'm still having difficulties receiving notifications externally. I did the setup again just now and still no luck. My gmail does not have 2 step authentication setup.

    Hi,

    We are talking about both this and the other pop-up I have on my site. I followed the email notification setup for both but not able to receive notifications even though the leads section show that both popups are collecting leads.

    It's a bit strange. Did you check the SPAM folder? We checked this in your project with a Gmail address and everything works fine.

    by the way, do you update the project every time after saving the pop-up settings?

    Yes I checked all the spam folders with Gmail, hotmail and yahoo too. Yes I update the project every time after saving the pop-up settings.
