Brizy Cloud Stories
Hi,
I've tried to embed a Google form into Stories and whilst it is actually embedded, the fact that Stories is tap to move to the next slide is over riding the ability to move through the form.
Is there a fix for this? If not, when can we expect one?
Cheers.
David

Hi David,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
I understand that you have an issue regarding the ability to move through the form in Stories, therefore I could not reproduce this problem. I tried to complete the form on the computer see here, on mobile see here and all works fine.
Please let us know if we can help you with something else.
Best regards,
Nelea.

Hi Nelea,
It's been almost a week on this. Please provide an update.
I've had 2 other issues with stories in the last week, in addition to the above:
1. When using bullet points under text, on a white font, it shows as white bullet points on my back end, but always black bullet points when viewed on the front end. I don't think this is just a stories issue, as it also happens on my website.
2. I've tried to add some social media icons on the last page of my stories, and some links via text also.
The icons are simply not showing at all on the front end, and the links are mostly not working on the text links either.
These two problems can be found on: https://companynaming.brizy.site
My initial problem with not being able to complete an embedded google form can be seen at: https://theoryfishintro.brizy.site
IMPORTANT NOTE. I'm a big fan of what you're doing at Brizy & have invested a lot of time and effort into it; however, the customer support is obviously stretched way beyond capacity. If this had been a client query, I'm sure they would have cancelled on me by now.
My brizy cloud is due to be paid at the end of this month, and I really need to know what you are doing regarding the too long waits for solutions and the apparent shortage of devs to fix back end problems. I know you're working full time on making Brizy better, but if you ignore the basics of customer support, then you won't have any clients or agencies to appreciate the stuff your building.
So, please let me know that my upcoming $99 investment will be coming with an improvement in this area?
Cheers & regards,
David
