Live site has some error (Project not found) while loading, while some time click the home page or any link
Hi,
We have a site jplaw.brizy.site which pointed to domain https://www.jplawyers.co.nz/.
But when we call the domain, sometimes it functions well. But sometimes when we click the link, it shows the error as given below.
Kindly guide me.

Since I have been waiting for approx 18+ hours for the support, I was forced to rolled back the site and kept their old CMS site live. it will be great to find out the error before the next attempt. Thanks

Hi, It works well when I used the sub domain. But when I moved to main domain, it used making issue like the pic I had given earlier. Can you please tell me what will be the possible reason for this? I would like to host again on Friday. Thanks Dijo

The subdomain is https://jplaw.brizy.site/.
The current status of this project is
- The subdomain is working perfectly. ( https://jplaw.brizy.site/.)
- The current site is working https://www.jplawyers.co.nz/. (Developed in php and another framework)
- When we point the domain (https://www.jplawyers.co.nz/.) to ( https://jplaw.brizy.site/.) makes an issue by showing the picture attached.
- Please note that when we call the domain, sometimes it functions well. But sometimes when we click the link, it shows the error as given below. Pages stopped working sometimes and it shows as below.
- Please note that it is sometimes with some links randomly.
I am planning to implement the site ( point to the main domain ) again on Friday at 4 Pm, New Zealand Time. I would like to know that if the error still persists, do I get support from your team?.
I have had a lot of projects successfully completed with brizy so far. Waiting for the support from brizy team to complete this project as well with a successfull implementation.

This website https://www.jplawyers.co.nz/ is created with another framework, that's correct. My question is - how did you point the Brizy page to the mentioned project? In an iframe? From your screenshot - it's pointed through DNS records and in this way - it will not work.
