Something Went Wrong appears when clicking a page to edit with Brixy

I can't update all our pages because whenever I click on edit with brizy it says "something went wrong".

 

I'm not sure how to submit a ticket. I need it to be fixed asap cause I need to uddate our website information.

  btw: before sending login details please make sure you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.19. and PRO 2.2.12

  Could you, please, try to clear browser cache and check if problem still will be present? Also, please, try to edit your page with Brizy in another browser to check if this will make any difference.

  Hi, I need help to check one of the websites that I manage I've tried several things like: - using many browser: firefox, chrome, pale moon - clear cache - plugins deactivated - reset wordpress files but I haven't found a problem that causes the sentence: "something went wrong" when editing a page or creating a new page with brizy
