URGENT: "Someting went wrong" message when trying to edit page

We need urgent help to fix an error that just started happening and it doesn't allow us to edit pages with brizy.

Whenever I try editing a page it says"Something went wrong" and continues the loading animation forever.

Please, help! I'll give you the page details in a private message.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this problem from the dashboard.

  I was able to edit the page again… and we tried to make the header block global and it says “Could not create global block”, which was the first error we had before we could edit the page. Maybe the issue is related to this? Benjamin Galindo
