Cannot Edit Global Blocks (Pop-Up Does Not Load)

Hello,

I am having an issue with the Global Block elements. I have a previously created footer element that I'd like to change the conditions for, but anytime I click on the "Display Conditions" option, the editor pops-up for a second, shows a loading screen and then disappears and takes me to a blank page or a page with only the Blocksy header and footer showing. What I've Tried:

1. Changing Themes to make sure it wasn't a Blocksy Issue, I changed to the Brizy starter theme and it did not resolve the issue.

2. I tried editing the original page that the global block was made on. Did not resolve the issue.

3. Logged out of website and logged in again as a different user/made sure no other users were logged in at the same time. Did not resolve the issue.

4. Tried both Safari and Chrome browsers, tried on my iMac, iPad, and iPhone same result.

5. Tried creating a new global block to see if I could edit those settings, no luck.
