Your connection is not private?

My client’s site— St.andrewjewelers.com is not working with the error message “Your connection is not private” “Attackers might be trying steal your information from www.stadrewjewelers.com…”

Niether the desktop nor the mobile sites are working— this is a matter of great urgency for them. While they do NOT sell or collect any sensitive materials from their site such as credit cards or personal information they refer people to it and get people to come into the store because of it.

Please advise me as soon as possible as to what I need to do to fix this.
