Can I download and voice-over in Russian your educational videos from YouTube

Hello

I have purchased an author license for my theme. Now I am creating my own training site for my customers. Can I download and voice-over in Russian your educational videos from YouTube. And then I'll upload it to YouTube in my account. I will leave the entire video as it is, just add a splash screen with the name of my wp theme in front of the video clip and voice it in Russian.

 

Я приобрел лицензию автора для своей темы. Сейчас я создаю свой учебный сайт, для моих покупателей. Могу ли я скачать и озвучить на русском языке ваши учебные видео ролики из ютуб. А затем загружу в ютуб в свой аккаунт. Я оставлю все видео как есть, только добавлю перед видео роликом заставку с названием моей wp темы и озвучу на русском языке.
