Sticky?

Is there a trick to making things sticky? I can't find any Position options on elements. And if I add CSS to the element "element {position: sticky; top: 1px;" it literally doesn't do anything. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong but any help would be great.

I would love to see position options built into elements, not just containers / blocks.

  Thank you for your message.

  All elements have a fixed position, please see here. Please click on element Settings-> Advanced Settings -> select the Position.
