Unable to Connect to Brizy Account to Sync Library

Hello - I can successfully login to my Brizy account to access the support forum but my email and password do not work when I try to 'Connect' to access my library. I get 'Incorrect Username or Password'. When I select 'Email to Recover Password' I get an error as well even though it is the email I use to login to my Brizy account. (See screenshot.)

I have Brizy 2.2.18 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11 installed. I've disabled all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. I can send account, WP, FTP credentials if that will help.

What can you suggest to allow the sync to happen? Thank you.

  Hi again - The issue may be associated to my email address. Can you open a private ticket so I can update the email address on my account? Thank you.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.

  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this problem from the dashboard.
