site title and description doesn't appear in the website

i have insert this in site setting

but the site title is not changing. how to resolve this issue? my website is https://www.hpanak.com

  can you please confirm that you updated the project after saving these settings: https://jmp.sh/DA7IeZD ? Also, try to remove the descriptions you have on the homepage settings: https://jmp.sh/DruA4dD and check again.
