how can add tracking cname of bemob in my website 

im using your free subdomain

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, you cannot add any DNS records if you use our free subdomain. At least for now. You can publish the project to a custom domain and then on your domain provider settings, you can add the required DNS record by BeMob.
