Can't edit different pages at the same time?

Our website requires 15-30 people to edit pages online at the same time. Of course, everyone edits a different page, but we found that only 5 people can edit at the same time. When the sixth person wants to edit, it will grab permission. May I ask Is there no way so many people edit different pages at the same time?
