Date/Time Display Conditions

Would love if it were possible for pop-ups, blocks, and elements to display conditionally based on dates/times. For example, today is July 4th, Independence Day in the US. Would love to be able to conditionally display a pop-up to inform a local business's website visitors about open/closed status, special hours, or sales for the holiday, but then stop displaying once the time for the pop-up has passed, which could be 11:59pm for example - so the web team doesn't have to make those edits manually at midnight.
