Can't get pro layout

I am starting a new website and wanted to try the brizy cloud tool, but even if I am a registered user and have paid already one month of subscription I am not getting to use the pro layouts... WHY?

  Hi,

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  We just checked account with simone.orlandini@******ech.it emaill address and all PRO layouts are available: View screenshot. If you are using different email address for your Brizy account, please, let us know.
