  If we are talking about the WordPress site it could be a conflict with one of your plugins or even with the theme. Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.18 and Pro 2.2.11? Also, could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme. Do you have the same problem? If the problem that you encounter is in Brizy Cloud could you please send us the URL of your project?
