I am a pro member. I saw your video on how to work with templates filling in a page that you create but where can I get the templates so I can get the top main menu?

  Brizy Templates is more used for dynamic content, see here.  If you need to create a simple page you should use pre-made layouts, see here, there you can also add header&footer in your page, see here.
